We believe in 'What Gets Measured Gets Done'.  We believe ISO 9001 will deliver value to your organization but value needs to be quantified and measured in order to prove whether or not you have improved and by how much.  Therefore, we use Balanced Scorecards to translate your organization's strategy into performance objectives, measures, targets and initiatives.  We also use strategy maps to help you visualize what you must do well in order to successfully execute your ISO 9001 implementation.
