In this course, we’ll help you understand the contents and significance of the ISO 9000, 9001 and 19011 standards. (Remember: only ISO 9001:2009 contains the actual requirements that an organization has to comply with to become certified).

- How to develop an audit program
- How to prepare a checklist and schedule
- How to prepare an audit report
- How to undertake corrective action and follow up
- Focus on the requirements of ISO 9001

- Apply auditing principles and requirements in workshops
In this course, we will also conduct regular internal audits which are crucial for compliance to the ISO 9001 standard.
